Refund and Cancellation Policy
1. Scope and Legal Framework
This policy applies to all travel and tour services offered by vribsox.com (LLC, EDRPOU 14361780, 24 Velyka Vasylkivska Street, Kyiv, 03186, Ukraine). It is governed by the Law of Ukraine No. 1023-XII 'On Consumer Protection', Article 4, Article 15, the Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII 'On Electronic Commerce', Article 7, and, where applicable, the Law of Ukraine No. 324/95-VR 'On Tourism', Article 5, Article 7.
2. Cancellation by the Consumer
You may cancel your booking in writing to contact@vribsox.com. The following windows apply:
- More than 30 days before departure: full refund minus a 10% administrative fee.
- 15–30 days before departure: 50% refund of the total price.
- 7–14 days before departure: 25% refund.
- Less than 7 days before departure or no-show: no refund.
No-show means failure to join the tour at the designated time and place without prior cancellation. No refund is provided for unused services.
3. Changes or Cancellation by vribsox.com
If we cancel a tour due to unforeseen events (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, or safety concerns), you may choose a full refund or an alternative date. If a delay occurs, we will provide reasonable assistance. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 calendar days.
4. Refund Method and Timing
Approved refunds are issued within 14 calendar days of approval. We do not charge additional fees for refunds. Currency conversion differences are not refundable.
5. Complaints and Dispute Resolution
Consumers may file complaints with the State Service for Food Safety and Consumer Protection in accordance with the Law of Ukraine No. 1023-XII 'On Consumer Protection'.
6. Personal Data
We process your personal data to handle refunds and cancellations in accordance with the Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Personal Data Protection'. For details, see our Privacy Policy.
