The assistant does not chat. It places your weekend on the board: one fixed departure minute, one corridor, one itemized total in UAH.

Friday 18:42 departure, two nights, back in Kyiv by Sunday 22:00. Anything that cannot fit inside a 52-hour window never reaches the board.

Start a reservationEvery weekend micro-tour is sold as one Friday departure minute. The board lists the exact clock time of the regional train you board, the travel hours and the total in hryvnia. 18:42 means 18:42. No windows, no ranges.
You board, meet the guide on the platform, sleep two nights and ride home on Sunday evening. A typical Carpathian or Podillia departure starts from UAH 4 850 per person, all mandatory fees included.
Up to 72 hours before departure you can cancel for a full refund or move to any other Friday departure free of charge. Between 72 and 24 hours you may move the date once; the payment stays with the booking.
Inside 24 hours the seat and the rail ticket are held for you and count as used. Rail tickets are issued in your name, so we ask for the surname and passport spelling of every traveller at reservation.
Between 6 and 12 travellers per departure, one guide and one minibus. Small enough to keep a counted seat at every meal, large enough to hold the fixed departure minute.
If fewer than 6 people book, we either move the group to the next Friday with the same departure minute and price, or refund in full, whichever you prefer. We tell you at least 5 days ahead.
The guide waits on the platform and the itinerary shifts with the delay: transfers, table bookings and museum slots are held rather than re-sold. If you arrive after midnight, the first night's bed moves to a hotel closer to the station at no extra cost.
If a delay exceeds 3 hours, we cancel the weekend and refund the full amount within 5 business days. Compare every departure minute on the route board or reach us through the contact form.
