Terms of Service
1. General
These Terms of Service govern the booking of weekend rail micro-tours offered by vribsox.com LLC (EDRPOU 14361780), 24 Velyka Vasylkivska Street, Kyiv, 03186, Ukraine.
2. Booking and confirmation
A reservation request submitted through our website or by phone is not a confirmed booking. Your booking is confirmed only when our team sends you a confirmation by e-mail or contacts you by phone. Until then, no contract is formed.
3. Group size
Weekend micro-tours operate with a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 12 participants per group, unless otherwise stated on the tour page.
4. Prices and fees
All prices are in Ukrainian hryvnia (UAH) and include all mandatory fees and taxes. The total price shown at checkout is the final amount payable.
5. Payment
Payment is due within 24 hours after our confirmation. We accept bank transfer and card payment. If payment is not received, your reservation may be released.
6. Changes and cancellation
You may request changes or cancellation by e-mail. Cancellation terms: more than 7 days before departure – full refund minus a 10% administration fee; 2–7 days – 50% refund; less than 48 hours – no refund. Refunds are processed within 14 days.
7. Liability
We are not liable for delays or cancellations caused by rail operators, weather, or other events beyond our reasonable control. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the tour.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Consumers may address complaints to the State Service for Food Safety and Consumer Protection. Legal framework: Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII 'On Electronic Commerce', Article 7; Law of Ukraine No. 1023-XII 'On Consumer Protection', Article 4, Article 15; Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Personal Data Protection'.
