Use the reservation request form and tell us your travel dates, group size and departure city. Every request gets a human reply within one working day, and most are answered the same evening.

Our weekend tours run in the Carpathians, Zakarpattia, Podillia and the Poltava region. Departures are fixed Friday minutes per route, so the timetable you get back already fits two nights on the ground.

The form collects travel details and contact information only. No payment fields, no card numbers, no deposit. Payment is arranged after we confirm the plan. Operator phone and email sit in the contact details section.

Departures leave at a fixed minute and seats are held in order of arrival. Send the form and an operator confirms the berth, the meeting point and the total in UAH before any payment.

What happens next

A reference number first, then a reply within one working day.

Your request goes to a dispatcher in Kyiv, not to an auto-reply. It comes back with a booking reference in the format WD-YYYY-NNNN, for example WD-2026-0417, and that same reference is quoted on every later message about the weekend.
